1.Non-stop unwinder unit


1.1 Unwinding structure features

l The current roll diameter can be displayed in real time, and the alarm roll diameter value can be set. Once current roll diameter achieve setting diameter, system will give alarm.

Splicing system

2.2

Web cleaning unitBritish technology high pressure vortex)

l Through high-pressure fan to form a vacuum, with dust brush, through the separation of flow guide slot, high-pressure eddy current is formed on the paper surface, which can remove the dust of printing material more effectively

2. Printing station


3.1

Structure and features(patented technology)

l Unit type with 6 printing station

l Machine wallboard is used of  HT250 cast iron

l With N- type 4 guide rail design which can eliminate the shock vibration caused by the printing plate discontinuity. With heavy-duty high-precision ball screw, the printing pressure adjustment precision of plate roller bottom roller can reach 0.002 mm (patent technology can not be copied)

         

3.2

Printing station

l Each printing station is driven by servo motor, the main motor is German servo motor and drive system

l Each printing station has 6 servo motors


3.2.1

Ink system(patented technology)

l Inking system by enclosed chambered doctor blade system. The chamber is provided of inlet and outlet ports for the ink circulation. Side sealing system to close laterally the chamber

l The closed chamber doctor blade adopts a chamber design, and the knife holder can be easily separated from the main body, and the replacement of the blade is faster and lighter. (Proprietary support mechanism to ensure that the blade does not vibrate at high speed)

l There is a special pressure relief device in the chamber , which will not cause the blade to deform due to overpressure in the chamber

l The contact pressure between the scraper and the anilox roller is guaranteed by air pressure, and the pressure is adjusted by air pressure, and the wear of the blade can also ensure that the pressure remains unchanged. (Precision pressure regulation system can improve the service life of the blade and reduce the cost of use)

l Each color group contains an air pressure ink supply system, stainless steel ink barrel, equipped with double pumps, ink supply and cleaning scraper holder, ink pipe and mesh roller are more convenient and fast, can be combined with automatic cleaning system

l A stainless-steel ink tray, located under each printing unit, collects ink surplus during working and cleaning operations. The trays are mounted on quick release supports to facilitate replacement.

l Coating on the inner surface of the ink chamber doctor blade system is easy for cleaning

l Automatic ink supply device with magnetic filter function shall effectively extend the life of the anilox roller

l Automatic cleaning system.


3.2.2

Anilox roller

l Laser engraved ceramic anilox roller

l There are ink splash guards on both sides.

l The anilox roll will rotate to prevent the ink on its surface from drying and blocking holes on it when the machine stopped

l The anilox roller and support device are installed on the linear guide rail, and the printing pressure is adjusted by the servo motor driven  the high-precision ball screw with an accuracy of 0.002mm

3.2.3

Plate cylinder

l Aluminum alloy-made plate cylinder

l On the machine operation and non-operation side, the plate cylinder and the support structure are stably supported by four upper and lower linear guide

l The plate cylinder and support device are installed on the linear guide rail, and the printing pressure is adjusted by the servo motor driven  the high-precision ball screw with an accuracy of 0.002mm

l Servo motor controls lateral movement of plate cylinders

l Printing cylinder 6 pieces

l High-speed pressure adaptive system


3.2.4

Printing adjustment and setting


l Automatic registration in the paper-feeding direction and accurate registration with servo motor in the horizontal direction.

l Register adjustment in the paper feeding direction can be adjusted at the printing unit and the main control console.

l The paper feed direction registration is adjusted by plate cylinder servo motor phase compensation, 360° adjustment. This operation is completed when the machine is registered

l Horizontal registration adjustment is realized at the printing unit and the main control console.

l Horizontal registration is realized by moving plate cylinder, and the maximum adjustment distance is +10mm.

l Printing pressure adjustment is precisely controlled by the ball screw and the servo motor with an accuracy of 0.002mm.

l When the machine is stopped, the anilox roller pressure is immediately released, and the supply of ink to the plate cylinder is stopped. The plate cylinder continues to run for a specified period of time and then depressurizes to ensure complete transfer of residual ink on the plate.

l The pressure is controlled by four servo motors of the printing station. The system ensures precise positioning of the printing station.

l Simultaneous pressure on and off can be achieved.

l Having pressure memory storage function, once adjusted, the pressure is directly in place for the same product

l Dynamic adjustment for pressure, especially at high speed, automatically compensate the pressure and reduce waste due to pressure problem


3.2.5

Anilox roller and plate cylinder auto positioning system


l The plate cylinder and anilox roller automatically adjust the position according to the repeat length. The position adjustment is performed by a high-precision ball screw and four servo motors, and the plate roller and the anilox roller are respectively controlled by two servo motors.

l The plate cylinders and anilox rollers of all selected printing stations are positioned at the same time

l Positioning is completed automatically, which is easy and convenient


3.3

Pre-register control

(patented technology)

l The paper does not move, and after the plate roller is installed, the printing plate is pre-registered

l The pre-registration system is used to minimize print registration errors prior to formal printing. The system guarantees a quick start of the machine and reduces material waste.

l The pre-registration action is automatically completed during the positioning process of the plate cylinders


3.4

Visual registration

(patented technology)

l Visual registration system independently developed by DongHang

l From the second printing section, each section is equipped with a camera and an industrial computer

l The registration of each section with the reference color can be corrected and adjusted in real time at the current section, which can shorten the registration time to the shortest and reduce paper waste

l It’s equivalent to install a small image inspection for each printing section. When manual correction is performed, the correction result can be seen immediately without waiting for the pattern to arrive at the final image inspection, which greatly saves paper.

l 1.5mm dot registration mark is enough, the mark can be placed in the blank of the pattern or in the shock-absorbing strip, without occupying space separately, and greatly reducing the waste of paper edges

2. Drying systempatented technology  

2.1

Structure and features

l Printing parts and drying parts are of separated design to avoid drying radiation on the printing side

l Extended hot air drying box

l The infrared power of each process color group automatically adjusts with the printing speed

l Temperature setting control

l The air volume of each station can be individually adjusted, which is precisely controlled for different printed images.

l The drying fan, heating unit and piping system are connected to the whole machine and installed outside the equipment.

l Temperature control for each station can be realized to better to adapt to different printing materials and reduce the energy loss of the whole machine.

l Piping on drying system has insulation layer to effectively reduce energy loss


4.2

Drying box

(patented technology)


l Each steel drying box for each printing station adopts air blade design, high air speed ensures drying quality

l The hot air direction of the drying box is perpendicular to the paper feeding direction, with an exhaust duct for air recovery.

l One fan is used to supply hot air and the other is used to exhaust air.

l Distribute hot air to each printing unit through a piping system. Each drying box has gas volume adjustment.


4.3

Heating source

l The heating source is heated by electric/combustion natural gas/steam/gasoline  and can be started remotely. The heating temperature can be set and the heating will be automatically turned on or off according to the set temperature. The maximum temperature increase value is 80°C. (Electric heating is standard, other options are available)

Outfeed tension control unit

l Tension impression cylinder is driven by servo motor to control the outfeed tension and ensure stable tension

l Tension control uses floating roller structure

l One servo motor with one servo motor drive

l One high-precision gearbox

l Use the double rubber roller to clutch and feed paper and to ensure the tension
