1. Introduction
This machine is suitable for sealing and cutting various low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) films to produce natural-color and color-printing bags which are widely used in food packaging, apparel packaging and packaging of industrial and electric products.
2. Main function setting:
1. Touch screen operation, PLC control
2. The mail speed, pulling speed and unwinding speed of this machine are automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller.
3. This machine is driven by a servo motor and a photoelectric sensor is used for tracking. It will automatically alarm and stop when the color code is lost.
4. The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter.
5. The unwinding machine adopts two photoelectric conductive widths, controlled by a tension magnetic powder brake, and the unwinding adopts an air shaft.
6. Taiwan hot melt glue device makes the glue evenly.
7. Equipped with a double filming device and a special reinforced copper knife, 2 pieces of PE film are welded on the surface of the express bag.
