The whole machine is divided into three parts

1. Discharging part: 2.8 meters long, 0.8 meters wide, and 1.1 meters high. Its main function is tension cloth releasing and automatic deviation correction. With automatic loading arm, loading and unloading is labor-saving. The hydraulic cylinder is controlled by photoelectricity and matched with the track and roller to correct the deviation. The end face of the feeding inflatable shaft is equipped with friction tension control, and the force can be adjusted.

2. Fabric inspection part: 1.2 meters long, 2 meters high and 2.8 meters wide. Backlit fabric inspection is simple and intuitive,.

3. Splitting and winding device: with 6 cutters (flying knife, hard knife or double cutters, motor 1400r/min), automatic lifting and easy sharpening. The automatic feeding arm is easy to operate. The air expansion shaft or surface coiling is used for coiling, and the speed of material finishing is fast.
